Casual with Style

Aun hace frillesito en la ciudad, lo cual para muchos puede ser grandioso y para otros puede ser bastante malo (me refiero a las personas que aman usar ropa ligerita) bueno en fin; la idea de este post es para mostrarles a ustedes chicas que podemos vernos hermosas y con estilo aunque nos pongamos kilos y kilos de ropa por motivo de esto del frió. El post se llama Casual con Estilo porque eso es lo que queremos lograr, sentirnos cómodas, calientitas pero sin perder el estilo!! Espero les guste!! :)

While it's cold in the city, which for many can be great and others can be bad (I mean people who love to wear light clothing) anyway, the idea of this post is to show to you guys that we may be beautiful and stylish even though we put a lot of this clothes for the cold. The post is called Casual Stylish because that's what we want to achieve, feel comfortable, warm but without losing style! Hope you like it! :)

¡¡¡Happy New Year!!!

Otro año que se va volando, parece que fue ayer cuando empecé a editar mi blog. Muchas cosas importantes sucedieron en  este año así como también muchas cosas faltaron por hacer, es por eso que en este próximo 2014 tengo millones de objetivos, metas y deseos por realizar, les adelantare uno de ellos: el primero y el mas importante y dedicarme al 100% con Soul Preppy, como lo han notado lo he abandonado un poco asi que eso cambiara desde ahora! 

En estos 2 años y medio gracias a ustedes Soul Preppy ha ido creciendo poco a poco, he hecho varias amigas y amigos bloggeros, he conocido a personas maravillosas de diferentes países, he emprendido varios viajes; así que de verdad muchas gracias por todo el apoyo!! Les deseo un feliz año nuevo y esperen pronto el próximo post! :)

Another year flies away, it seems like yesterday when I started to edit my blog. Many important things happened this year also missed too many things to do, that is why in this coming 2014 have millions of objectives, goals and desires to be done, you go ahead of them: the first and most important and pushing Preppy 100% with Soul, as I have noticed a bit left so that to change now!

In these 2 and a half years thanks to you Soul Preppy has grown gradually, I made several friends and friends bloggers, I have met wonderful people from different countries, have undertaken several trips, so I really thank you very much for all the support ! Ha decir verdad siempre he sido fan de Valentino pero esta ocación me dejo sin palabras, al ver la colección completa me pude dar cuenta que Valentino nunca pierde ese estilo elegante y clásico que siempre ha tenido.

Yo soy de las personas que piensan que al hacerse un tatuaje es como una forma de expresar quien realmente eres, es por eso el motivo de este post. Mi obsesión hacia los tatuajes es de años, pero en estos últimos meses ha crecido bastante, no descarto la idea de que en un futuro no muy lejano me haga uno, y como dice la cancion de Foo Fighters: ONE OF THESE DAYS. ¿Cuál es tu favorito?

I am of those who think that getting a tattoo is like a way to express who you really are, so this is the reason of the post. Leisure = Passion

Hoy me siento como Carrie Bradshaw de Sex and the City, y no por su gusto por la moda sino por ser una columnista, ya que mientras hacia este post me sentía tan inspirada a la hora de redactarlo como Carrie en la serie (por si no la has visto te la recomiendo mucho). Y la verdad es que en estos momentos me doy cuenta de que realmente todo lo que hago vale la pena! El que fue mi pasatiempo favorito se ha convertido en lo más valioso para mi ahora, es algo con lo que me identifico es algo que me apasiona, todo eso ha logrado LA FOTOGRAFIA EN MI!!! 

Today I feel like Carrie Bradshaw from Sex and the City, and not their fashion sense but yes for be a columnist, because while doing this post I felt so inspired at the time of writing as Carrie in the series (if not I've seen highly recommend it). And the truth is that now I realize that everything I do really worth it! That was my favorite pastime has become the most valuable to me now, is something with which I identify is something that I love, all this has made ​​THE PHOTOGRAPHY ON MY!

Making Dreams

Las personas que me conocen, saben que cuando alguna idea loca se me ocurre hago hasta lo imposible por realizarla. Es por eso el titulo de post “making dreams” porque la verdad es que tenía semanas queriendo ir al rancho a tomar fotos, y este fue el resultado. Este post fue un poco difícil de hacer ya que tuve que caminar con botines que tienen el tacón aproximadamente de 14cm. Pero como siempre digo la moda, la vanidad y el querer hacer buenas fotos cuesta!!!

En esta ocasión la encargada de realizar estas fotos fue mi hermana mayor Carolina González por lo cual el crédito también es para ella. 

People who know me, know that when I have some crazy idea in my head I do everything to make it. That's why the title of post "making dreams" because the truth is I wanted since a few weeks to go to the ranch and take photos, and this was the result. This post was a bit hard to do as I had to walk with boots with heel approximately 14cm. But as I always say fashion, vanity and  the wish to make good pictures never is easy.

This time the charge of making these pictures was my older sister Carolina González whereby credit is also for her.

Something Different

Desde hace varias semanas habia tenido la obsesion de hacer un mix de fotos en las vias del tren y despues de tanto tiempo mi sueño se hizo realidad!!! Y todo iba tan bien hasta que unos guardias se nos acercaron y nos dijeron que era zona federal y no podiamos tomar fotos ahi; asi que mi sueño no fue del todo como yo queria pero en fin, espero y les gusten y para cualquier comentario recuerden visitar mis paginas oficiales de facebook y twitter!!! :)

Muchas gracias especialmente a Christian Baltazar por las fotos. Quedarón increibles!!!

For several weeks I had  the obsession to make a photos  mix in the railway and after so long time my dream came true! Eveything was very well until guards approached us and told us it was federal zone and we could not take pictures there, so my dream wasn´t  quite as I wanted.  I hope you like them and any comments remember visit my pages official facebook and twitter!!! :)

Alta Moda Sposa 1ra Parte

Hace una semana tuve la oportunidad de asistir a este evento/pasarela donde nos presentaron varios diseños desde vestidos de noche, vestidos de XV años y vestidos de novia.

En este primer post hablare de los vestidos de noche ya que obtuve bastante información y son demasiadas las fotos que tome. Todos los vestidos estaban hechos con ese toque especial que hacia que cualquier mujer deseara tenerlo en su closet desafortunadamente no es asi, pero lo que si puedo asegurar es que por lo menos obtendre uno :)

A week ago I had the opportunity to attend this event / runway where we presented several designs from evening gowns, dresses for your sweet sixteen and  dresses for your wedding.

In this first post I will discuss the evening dresses because I took many pictures in this event. All the dresses were made ​​with that special touch that any woman should wishes to have it in your closet unfortunately it is not, but what I can say is that at least I will get one :)
